One thing in our lives that is constant is change. How do you deal with change? How do you get others to buy-in or accept change?
In this session, Karen Schumacher will cover tips for how to deal with change by using the acronym CHANGE:

Karen Schumacher is the Learning & Development Manager at Van Meter Inc. Outside of her role, she also serves as a motivational speaker and coach focused on leadership and personal development. Karen has 20 years experience in the learning and development field. She is certified as a trainer in several programs such as John Maxwell’s The 360 Degree Leader, Real Colors Personality Instrument, Wilson Learning Working Styles and Keys to Customer Satisfaction. She is a mother of two, loves to read, play golf, and hunt with her husband. She serves on the board for the Women’s Leadership Initiative for United Way, the National Council on Youth Leadership, the HR & Training board for the NAED (National Association of Electrical Distributors), and recently has been asked to be part of the Aiming for a Cure committee.
