Scholarship Committee The Scholarship Committee helps carry out PWN's goal of "Women Helping Women" by awarding scholarships to non-traditional women students. The use of the scholarship is at the discretion of the recipient whether it be for tuition, textbooks, transportation, child care or to lighten any other financial burden. The Scholarship Committee participates in several fund raising endeavors throughout the year.
Special Events Committee It is the mission of the Special Event Committee to bring women together to socialize through educational, stimulating, and fun events.
Membership / Networkers Committee The purpose of the Membership / Networkers Committee is recruitment and retention of PWN members. One of the committee's goals is to recruit and retain members by promoting PWN as an active, viable organization for personal and professional growth. Members of this committee act as greeters at general membership meetings and discussion leaders at the tables. The Membership /Networkers committee is also responsible for PWN's new mentoring program that pairs new and existing members together. This committee also sends all new members a brief note welcoming them to the group.
Program Committee The Program Committee works to develop current, interesting and vital programs for the upcoming year to meet the needs of PWN members.
Colleague Committee The Colleague Committee helps in the planning of PWN’s Signature Event of the Year each spring. Our Colleague event showcases PWN to the community and attracts interest from corporate sponsors and the public. This committee typically meets October through March.
Public Relations Committee The main focus of the Public Relations Committee is to communicate information about PWN to the media, the business community and PWN members. The committee also identifies and coordinates special marketing and advertising opportunities throughout the year such as exhibiting at Beyond Rubies, placing print ads and ordering advertising specialty items.
Strategic Planning Committee: This committee helps identify areas in need of development while providing direction and leadership for the implementation of the PWN Strategic and Marketing Plans.

Ways & Means Committee This committee serves as a knowledgeable resource for providing ideas to raise funds that can be used to help fund PWN's growth towards helping women. If anyone is interested in sharing their fundraising knowledge (or learning more about it) we would love for you to get involved. This Committee is currently composed of the Executive Committee.
Special Projects This committee takes on special projects like the Growing up Workshop and the Brown Bag Lunch Program. They are responsible for selecting PWN's Women's Equality Day nominee and the Founders Award recipient.
