A 12-14 member Board of Directors conducts the business of PWN. Board members are elected to serve for three-year terms, with a minimum of four new board members elected each year. Nominations for officer and board positions are made by a Nominating Committee based on applications made in the summer prior to elections at the Annual Meeting in November of each year.
